Job summary

Westminster Canterbury Richmond is seeking a dishwashing position in our Richmond, VA campus, offering day and part-time shifts with a comprehensive benefits package. The role supports residents and staff by maintaining clean dishware and a sanitary kitchen area, aligning with state sanitation standards.

The hiring range is $16.00 to $19.33 per hour, with compensation based on experience and internal equity.

Responsibilities

• Operate a dish machine to wash dishes, glasses, cups, trays, silverware and food service equipment
• Set up and clean dish machine area; check temperatures and soap dispensing levels
• Store clean and dry equipment and utensils
• Attend trainings and in-services to meet state regulations and personal and professional standards and expectations
• Empty garbage to dump site and maintain dumpster area

• Assist in maintaining preparation and service areas in a sanitary condition
• Attend trainings and in‑services to meet state regulations and personal and professional standards and expectations
• Empty garbage to dump site and maintain dumpster area
• Sweep and mop floors
