Job summary

CRMG is seeking a part-time Janitor to keep MacDonald West Apartments in Downtown Portland clean and well-maintained. You’ll handle daily upkeep of common areas, landscaping, parking lots, and light fixtures under the supervision of the Property Manager.

This role emphasizes attention to detail, teamwork, and good communication with residents and staff; benefits include health coverage options, 401(k) with company match after 90 days, and paid time off.

Qualifications

• Janitorial experience preferred.
• Knowledge of cleaning techniques and products for janitorial duties.
• Able to work with people of diverse backgrounds.
• Customer-facing position requiring regular and frequent communication with residents and office staff.
• Able to follow instructions and work individually or as part of a team.
• Adhere to landlord/tenant laws and state/federal labor laws.

Commercial and Residential Management Group (CRMG) is looking for a Janitor with amazing attention to detail and a team player attitude handle the day-to-day upkeep and cleanliness of the buildings, landscaping, amenities, parking lot, trash areas, light bulbs, and more at MacDonald West Apartments in Downtown Portland.

You will be responsible for cleaning and maintaining assigned areas as directed by the Property Manager.

Location: Macdonald West

Hourly Rate: $17.00-$19.00/hr

Schedule: PT, Monday to Friday

Weekly Contracted Hours: 20

Additional Compensation: A monthly $25.00 cell phone stipend and mileage reimbursement.
