Job summary

McCormack Baron is seeking a reliable janitorial professional to maintain grounds and common areas at its properties in Pittsburgh. The role includes cleaning hallways and restrooms, preparing vacant units, and performing light maintenance as needed.

Responsibilities also cover grounds upkeep, adherence to safety rules, and on-call availability for winter snow and ice removal. A valid driver’s license is preferred where sites include motorized vehicles.

Qualifications

• Experience in grounds or janitorial work.
• Reliable and dependable.
• Able to perform light maintenance.
• General knowledge of janitorial/building maintenance is a plus.
• Snow and ice removal during winter; on-call availability.

• Be aware of and always operate within OSHA standards and company safety policies.
• Maintain janitor closets in a clean, organized, and safe manner.
• Other duties assigned by a supervisor.

• During winter months responsible for snow and ice removal and be available for on call (if applicable)
• Ability to maintain janitorial equipment in a clean, safe, and operable condition.
• Must have a valid driver’s license (noted for sites with motorized vehicles)
