Ultipro in New Orleans is seeking a full-time on-site maintenance/janitorial associate to keep common areas, hallways, and offices clean and well-maintained. Responsibilities include preparing vacant units, grounds cleanup, and basic repairs, with compliance to safety policies.

The role requires experience in grounds or janitorial work, reliability, and a valid driver’s license; winter duties may include snow/ice removal and on-call availability. Equal opportunity employer.

• Clean hallways, glass doors and window areas, restrooms, empty trash containers, and light office cleaning.
• Clean and prepare vacant units for new residents and minor repairs.
• Walk the grounds picking up paper, trash, etc.
• Responsible for the daily upkeep of the property office and common areas of property buildings.
• Adhere to dress code as established by management.
• Use protective equipment when necessary and follow safety procedures.
• Be aware of and always operate within OSHA standards and company safety policies.
• Other duties assigned by a supervisor.

• Clean hallways, glass doors and window areas, restrooms, empty trash containers, and light office cleaning
• Clean and prepare vacant units for new residents and minor repairs.
• Walk the grounds picking up paper, trash, etc.
• Responsible for the daily upkeep of the property office and common areas of property buildings
• Adhere to dress code as established by management

• Be aware of and always operate within OSHA (Occupational Safety & Health Act) standards and company safety policies
• Other duties assigned by a supervisor

Experience:

• Must have experience in grounds or janitorial work
• Must be trustworthy and dependable
• Must be able to perform light maintenance work
• General knowledge of janitorial and building maintenance a plus
• During winter months responsible for snow and ice removal and be available for on call
• Ability to maintain janitorial equipment in a clean, safe, and operable condition.
• Must have a valid driver’s license (noted for sites with motorized vehicles)
