ServiceSource Inc. is seeking a dedicated janitor to maintain cleanliness of factory and office spaces, including floors, washrooms, and common areas. Duties include sweeping, mopping, dusting, trash removal, and basic maintenance tasks while following safety procedures.

Qualifications

Duties involve a combination of the following: Sweeping, mopping or scrubbing, and polishing floors; removing chips, trash, and other dutiesPrimary DutiesReasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions. These duties and responsibilities will be rated on the Annual Performance Review.Maintains building interior by dusting and polishing furniture, equipment, mirrors, and fixtures; washing windows, counters, walls, ceilings, and woodwork; sweeping, scrubbing, and waxing floors; cleaning and vacuuming drapes, furniture, and carpeting including carpet scrubbing; resupplying rest rooms; replacing light bulbs.Maintains building accessibility and appearance by picking up papers and trash; replacing light bulbs.Removes trash by emptying trash containers; transporting materials to disposal area; collecting recycling materials.Keeps cleaning equipment operational by following manufacturer's operating and care guidelines; completing operator repairs and parts replacement.Maintains parts and equipment inventory by checking stock to determine inventory level; anticipating needed parts; anticipating cleaning equipment replacement; placing orders.Additional ResponsibilitiesMaintains safe working environment by complying with procedures, rules, and regulations.Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.Perform other job-related duties as assigned.Qualifications: Education, Experience, and Certification(s)High school diploma or General Educational Development (GED) preferred.At least one (1) year custodial experience preferred.Knowledge, Skills, and AbilitiesAbility to understand and follow direction.Knowledge of various cleaning products and when to use them.Must have good oral/verbal communication skills.Physical DemandsThe physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.
