Job summary

Glanbia Nutritionals, Inc. operates the MWC facility in St. Johns, MI, and seeks a Supervisor’s Title: Quality Assurance Team Leader to oversee housekeeping and ensure GMP compliance and a clean, safe production environment.

The role covers daily, weekly, and monthly cleaning across offices, labs, and production areas, with team leadership responsibilities and coordination with management to uphold quality and safety standards.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of three years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals.
  • Ability to complete routine reports and correspondence.
  • Provide leadership to others through example and sharing of knowledge/skill.
  • Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks, handle multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Comply with all safety policies, practices, and procedures. Report all unsafe activities to supervisor and/or Safety Team.
  • Participate in proactive team efforts to achieve departmental and company goals.

Responsibilities

  • Maintains housekeeping of facility welfare, offices, and support areas.
  • Responsible for periodic (daily, weekly, and monthly as scheduled) cleaning/housekeeping of: First Aid Room, Main Office Complex, Employee Break Rooms, Employee Locker Rooms, Employee Entrance Area, OfficeArea, Milk Receiving, Cheese, Whey, Maintenance, and Warehouse Offices and Welfare Areas, Laboratory and Lab Offices, Office Windows, Blue Hallway Door Thresholds.
  • Stocksupplies,monitorlevels,prepare an order list for cleaning supplies, GMP gear,and disposable hearing protection.
  • Performs special tasks as directed by management.
  • Keepsrecordsin accordance withthegood manufacturing process and local and state laws.
  • Utilizes GPS processes, driving zero losses,and upholds the culture ofMWCnon-negotiables.

Job Summary

Maintains housekeeping of facility welfare, offices, and support areas.

Essential Functions
