Job summary

GPC (Gillette Pepsi Companies) is seeking a Warehouse Order Builder to join our team in a fast-paced, team-focused environment. You will ensure customer orders are picked accurately and prepared for timely delivery while maintaining safety and efficiency.

The role involves operating a ride-on pallet jack, using a handheld scanner, building pallets, and assisting with loading shipments. Strong attention to detail and the ability to lift 50 pounds are essential.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience in warehouse/order fulfillment preferred.
• Experience operating a ride-on electric pallet jack is desirable (training may be provided).
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to lift 50 pounds and stand for extended periods.

Responsibilities

• Operate a ride-on electric pallet jack to pick and move beverage products safely and efficiently.
• Use handheld scanner to locate and verify inventory items.
• Accurately build and wrap pallets per order specifications.
• Replenish returned merchandise into inventory locations.
• Assist in loading delivery trucks to ensure proper staging and dispatch of outbound shipments.

We have an opportunity for you to join the team as a Warehouse Order Builder! The Warehouse Order Builder plays a critical role in our supply chain, ensuring customer orders are accurately picked and prepared for timely delivery. The ideal candidate is a self-starter with a strong work ethic who thrives in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

Work Schedule

• Full- Time
• Monday- Friday
• Enjoy a steady schedule: four 9-hour shifts (9:00 AM – 6:00 PM) and an early-finish half day (9:00 AM – 1:00 PM)

“A day in the life of a Warehouse Order Builder looks like:”

• Operate a ride-on electric pallet jack to pick and move beverage products efficiently and safely.
• Utilize a handheld scanner to locate and verify inventory items.
• Accurately build and wrap pallets in accordance with order specifications.
• Replenish returned merchandise into appropriate inventory locations.
• Provide prompt and professional service to walk-in customers during pickups.
• Assist in loading delivery trucks to ensure proper staging and dispatch of outbound shipments.

What does it take to be a Warehouse Order Builder?

• High School Diploma or equivalent (GED) required.
• Previous warehouse or order fulfillment experience preferred but not required.
• Experience operating a ride-on electric pallet jack is highly desirable (training may be provided).
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to work quickly and accurately.
• Capable of lifting 50 pounds and standing for extended periods.
• Effective time management and communication skills.
• Commitment to workplace safety and adherence to company policies.
