Excellence Building Solutions seeks a dependable Evening Janitor for a Tuesday-Friday 6:00 PM–11:00 PM schedule and Saturday 9:30 AM–3:30 PM. This temporary evening position averages about 26 hours per week, with potential overtime as needed.

Responsibilities include cleaning offices, restrooms, trash, floors, surfaces, glass, restocking supplies, and following a cleaning checklist. Training is provided; reliability, transportation, and the ability to work independently are highly valued.

Qualifications

Evening Janitor - Tuesday - Saturday

Excellence Building Solutions is hiring a dependable Evening Janitor to join our team.

Schedule: Tuesday-Friday, 6:00 PM-11:00 PM Saturday 9:30 AM - 3:30 PM

Hours: Approximately 26 hours per week

Pay: $18.42 per hour

Position: Temporary, Evening Shift

Additional Availability: Must be open to occasionally working additional hours/overtime when needed based on business and client needs.

IMPORTANT: Please apply only if you are consistently available Tuesday through Saturday and have some flexibility to work additional hours when needed. We are looking for someone interested in a dependable, ongoing position who can commit to this schedule.

What You’ll Do

Your typical shift will include:

• Cleaning offices and common areas
• Cleaning and sanitizing restrooms
• Emptying trash and recycling
• Vacuuming, sweeping, and mopping floors
• Dusting and wiping surfaces
• Cleaning glass, mirrors, and doors
• Restocking restroom and cleaning supplies
• Following an assigned cleaning schedule/checklist
• Reporting maintenance or safety concerns
• Properly using cleaning products and equipment

• Can consistently work Tuesday-Friday from 6:00-11:00 PM and Saturday 9:30 AM - 3:30 PM
• Have flexibility to work additional hours/overtime when needed
• Arrive to work on time
• Are comfortable working independently
• Can follow a cleaning checklist and instructions
• Pay attention to detail
• Can stand, walk, bend, and perform repetitive tasks throughout the shift
• Can lift at least 50 lbs.
• Communicate well with supervisors and team members
• Previous commercial janitorial experience is helpful, but we are willing to train the right dependable person.
