Job summary

Excellence Building Solutions seeks a dependable Evening Janitor for a Tuesday-Friday 6:00 PM–11:00 PM schedule and Saturday 9:30 AM–3:30 PM. This temporary evening position averages about 26 hours per week, with potential overtime as needed.

Responsibilities include cleaning offices, restrooms, trash, floors, surfaces, glass, restocking supplies, and following a cleaning checklist. Training is provided; reliability, transportation, and the ability to work independently are highly valued.

Qualifications

• Reliability is essential for this evening shift.
• Must have reliable transportation to and from work.
• Willingness to work Tuesday–Saturday with overtime when needed.
• Punctual arrival and ability to follow written cleaning checklists.
• Capable of standing, walking, bending and lifting up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Clean offices and common areas.
• Sanitize restrooms and restock supplies.
• Empty trash and recycling; vacuum, sweep and mop floors.
• Dust surfaces; clean glass, mirrors, and doors.
• Follow cleaning schedule/checklist and report safety concerns.
