Job summary

Joe’s Auto Parks in Los Angeles, CA is seeking a reliable Janitor to maintain cleanliness and safety across our parking facilities. Responsibilities include cleaning lots, garages, offices and lobbies, checking for hazards, and assisting with minor repairs.

Flexible schedule with weekends/evenings possible; up to 50 lb lifting may be required. We offer full-time and part-time benefits and a strong training program plus growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• HS Diploma or equivalent required.
• Previous related experience is required.
• Good verbal/written communication skills.
• Must be able to work in a team environment.
• Flexible work schedule: may be some weekends and evenings.
• Able to lift 50 lbs or heavier.

Responsibilities

• Cleans designated lots, garages, bathrooms, offices and lobbies.
• Ensures parking lots and garages are free of debris.
• Check lots for potholes, damaged wheel stops, broken lights, etc.
• Replaces light bulbs and ensures all areas are well lighted.
• Assist with various installations, equipment, signage, etc.
• Minor carpentry, electrical, mechanical, and plumbing repair.
• Picks up and deliver supplies from and to various locations.
• Perform other related duties and activities as required.
