Job summary

Dakota Bodies Llc is seeking an Entry level cleaner for our Liberty, MO facility. The role involves general cleanup, floor care, restroom maintenance, and light maintenance tasks in a manufacturing setting.

You will manage cleaning supplies, assist with minor repairs, and ensure safe, clean workspaces. A high school diploma and ability to lift up to 30 pounds are expected.

Responsibilities

• Performs general cleanup of factory and keeps building clean and orderly.
• Performs routine maintenance activities and cleans floors and surfaces.
• Maintains cleanliness of restrooms and supplies.
• Dusts furniture, walls, equipment, windows; cleans with soaps/cleansers.
• Manages inventory of cleaning supplies and reports needs.
• Notifies managers about repairs or building needs.
• Assists in exterior maintenance and grounds upkeep.
• Operates forklift and assists in equipment maintenance as needed.
• Supports in emergency cleaning and grip on adverse conditions.

OBJECTIVE

To help ensure and maintain a clean, safe, efficient facility.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Performs general cleanup of factory. Duties include, but not limited to:
• Keeps building and property in clean and orderly condition.
• Performs routine maintenance activities.
• Performs heavy cleaning duties.
• Sweeps, mops, scrubs, or vacuums floors.
• Gathers and empties trash.
• Scrubs, sanitizes, and supplies restroom facilities.
• Dusts furniture, walls, and equipment.
• Cleans windows, mirrors, and partitions with soap and other cleansers.
• Manages inventory of cleaning supplies.
• Notifies managers regarding the need for repairs or additions to building operating systems.
• Manage routine upkeep of exterior areas, green space, and parking lot
• Performs minor repairs and maintenance on assigned equipment. Assists in the repair and maintenance of the cooperative's grounds and buildings.
• Operates forklift
• Remove and dispose of litter and wastepaper daily. Inside and Outside the facility.
• Remove snow, entryways, and walks, etc.
• Maintain clean/ clear exit’s and pathways throughout shop.
• Will assist in Maintenance duties as needed.
• Job may require some exposure to adverse weather conditions, heavy lifting, awkward working positions, and hazards. Must possess physical abilities to accomplish duties.
• Additional duties as assigned.
• Handle emergency cleaning and upkeep requests
