Armada Staffing Group in Cincinnati, OH is seeking a dependable Janitor to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in commercial or office building custodial work, familiarity with OSHA safety standards, and the ability to work independently with strong time-management and reliability.

Salary is $17/hour, with a Monday–Friday shift from 6:30am to 3:30pm. Benefits include Health Insurance, Life Insurance, 401(k) with company match, Paid Time Off, and Profit Sharing.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee cleaning of all facility areas: floors, windows, bathrooms, walls, dusting, mopping, trash removal.
• Sanitize breakroom, bathrooms, offices and gym areas to mitigate germs.
• Replenish soap, towels, and toilet paper in necessary locations.
• Maintain janitorial equipment; repair or replace as needed.
• Monitor inventory and ensure supplies are replenished timely.
• Follow OSHA safety guidelines and store chemicals safely.
• Collaborate with Supervisor to create a cleaning schedule across the facility.

Armada Staffing Group is currently seeking a dependable and motivated Janitor to join our team in Cincinnati, OH. We are looking for a detail-oriented individual with experience performing janitorial/custodial work in commercial or office building environments that is familiar with OSHA safety standards and procedures. The ideal candidate has strong time management skills and the ability to work independently, and is committed to maintaining excellent attendance and reliability.

Pay Rate: $17/hr

Shift/Hours: Monday- Friday, 6:30am-3:30pm

Requirements

• Janitorial/custodial experience, preferably in commercial/office building environments.
• Familiar with OSHA safety standards and procedures.
• Strong time management skills and ability to work independently.
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
• Reliable work ethic, attendance, and quality of work.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the cleaning of all areas of the facility, including but not limited to; cleaning floors, windows, bathrooms, walls, dusting, mopping and trash removal.
• Sanitize breakroom, bathrooms, office workspaces, fitness center and other areas where surfaces are frequently touched to mitigate the spread of germs and viruses (doorknobs handrails, gym equipment etc.)
• Replenish supplies such as soap, paper towels and toilet paper in necessary areas.
• Keep janitorial equipment in good working condition; repair or replace as needed.
• Monitor inventory to ensure sufficient supplies are on hand to perform daily cleaning; order supplies in a timely manner keep replenished.
• Stay abreast of and adhere to all company and OSHA safety guidelines; especially the OSHA Hazard Communication Standard to ensure chemical safety in the workplace.
• Ensure all cleaning equipment and supplies are stored properly after use.
• Partner with Supervisor and other departments to create a detailed cleaning schedule; with a rotation of cleaning throughout the facility.
