Armada Staffing Group is seeking a dependable Janitorial position in Columbus, OH to join our team. You will maintain clean, safe, and sanitary work areas while following safety and sanitation procedures.

The role is full-time with a Monday–Friday schedule, 7:00 AM–3:30 PM, and weekly pay. Benefits include medical, dental, vision, and the opportunity to move to a temp-to-hire arrangement.

Qualifications

• Previous janitorial, custodial, housekeeping, or cleaning experience preferred but not required.
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, stoop, and perform physical cleaning activities for extended periods.
• Ability to lift and move cleaning supplies and equipment.
• Reliable attendance and punctuality.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Must follow instructions and maintain a professional attitude in a university environment.
• Able to pass Background check and drug Screening.

Responsabilités

• Operate production equipment and machinery safely after proper training.
• Assemble, package, label, and inspect products.
• Follow production instructions, work orders, and safety procedures.
• Perform quality checks to ensure products meet company standards.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.
• Load, unload, and move materials as needed.
• Meet daily production and productivity goals.
• Work effectively as part of a team.
• Report equipment issues, quality concerns, or safety hazards to a supervisor.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
