Job summary

Clean Team is seeking a dedicated Commercial Cleaner to maintain cleanliness and hygiene at our Milford, OH location. Training will be provided; prior janitorial experience is welcome but not required. This role supports a safe, sanitary, and presentable workspace for employees and visitors.

The shift runs Monday–Friday from 6:00pm to 10:00pm, with no weekend work. Candidates should be reliable, detail-oriented, and able to stand for extended periods while performing cleaning tasks.

Qualifications

• Prior janitorial or custodial experience is preferred but not required.
• Training will be provided.
• Punctual and reliable attendance is expected.

Responsibilities

• Clean breakrooms, restrooms, hallways, offices, and other designated areas.
• Sweep, mop, vacuum, and dust surfaces to maintain cleanliness standards.
• Disinfect high-touch surfaces and sanitize restrooms regularly.
• Empty trash receptacles and replace liners as needed.
• Restock supplies such as paper towels, soap, and toilet paper.
• Follow established cleaning protocols and safety procedures.

The ideal candidate will ensure that workspaces are safe, sanitary, and presentable, supporting a clean environment for employees and visitors alike. Prior janitorial or custodial experience is preferred but not required, as training will be provided. Available Shift

Monday-Friday 6:00pm - 10:00pm(That's right, no weekends!)

Duties

• Perform thorough cleaning of breakrooms, restrooms, hallways, offices, and other designated areas within the commercial building
• Sweep, mop, vacuum, and dust surfaces to maintain cleanliness standards
• Disinfect high-touch surfaces and sanitize restrooms regularly
• Empty trash receptacles and replace liners as needed
• Restock supplies such as paper towels, soap, and toilet paper in restrooms and common areas
• Use cleaning equipment and supplies safely and efficiently
• Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to supervisors promptly
• Follow established cleaning protocols and safety procedures to ensure a safe working environment

Skills

• Strong attention to detail with the ability to perform thorough cleaning tasks efficiently
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• Good time management skills to complete assigned duties within scheduled shifts
• Physical stamina to perform repetitive cleaning tasks, including standing, bending, lifting, and reaching
• Knowledge of proper use of cleaning chemicals and equipment is desirable but not mandatory; training will be provided
• Reliable work ethic with a commitment to maintaining high cleanliness standards
