Job summary

CMI Management LLC, now part of the Dexterra Group, seeks a Janitor for our customer site in Artesia, NM. The role involves routine building cleaning to maintain safe facilities and grounds; physical, varied tasks.

Responsibilities include mopping and wall cleaning, assisting in other trades as required, and performing other work as assigned on the contract. All applicants will be evaluated under EEO guidelines.

Qualifications

• A working knowledge of building cleaning practices, supplies and equipment.
• Knowledge of proper use of a wide range of chemicals according to state/federal regulations handling
• Knowledge of disposing of hazardous materials and blood borne pathogens

Job Description

The Janitor performs routine building cleaning tasks to maintain clean and safe facilities and grounds at CMI’s customer site in Artesia, NM. This work is manual in nature and requires a variety of physical demands.
