Responsibilities

  • Perform routine and emergency maintenance and repairs in assigned specialty area.
  • Ensure all work complies with safety standards, building codes, and detention center regulations.
  • Respond promptly to maintenance requests throughout the detention facility.
  • Maintain tools, equipment, and inventory of parts and supplies.
  • Assist with general maintenance tasks when necessary.
  • Coordinate with jail staff to ensure secure and safe working conditions.
