Job summary

Astrion is seeking a Jaguar Task Order Manager to lead a high-impact DoD space operations program based at Albuquerque, NM (Kirtland AFB). The role demands TS/SCI clearance, PMP, and a proven DoD leadership track record in space systems sustainment, integration, or operations.

You will oversee planning, scheduling, resource allocation, and performance, coordinate with subcontractors and Government counterparts, and guide program reviews and risk assessments to ensure smooth execution in dynamic

Qualifications

• Active TS/SCI security clearance.
• Bachelor's degree in engineering, management, or related discipline; advanced degree preferred.
• PMP certification or equivalent program management credential.
• Minimum of 8 years of experience in deputy or operations leadership roles supporting DoD programs.
• Proven experience in space systems sustainment, integration, or operations.
• Strong leadership, communication, and team coordination skills.
• Demonstrated ability to maintain program stability and customer confidence in dynamic environments.

Responsibilities

• Support the Program Manager in planning, scheduling, resource allocation, and performance tracking.
• Provide leadership continuity and operational oversight to ensure seamless program execution and responsiveness to Government priorities.
• Oversee day-to-day operations, including technical, schedule, and cost performance across all functional areas.
• Coordinate closely with subcontractors, technical leads, and Government counterparts to maintain alignment with program objectives.
• Lead program reviews, risk assessments, and process improvement initiatives to enhance performance and efficiency.
• Assume full program management responsibilities in the absence of the Program Manager to ensure uninterrupted leadership and decision-making.
• Ensure compliance with all contractual, security, and regulatory requirements in support of space systems sustainment efforts.
