Compensation Range: $60,000 - $120,000 per year

This role offers a base salary of $36,000 with an average first-year total compensation exceeding $60,000, including incentives. The On Target Earnings (OTE) are $66,000, with 60-70% of Automotive Sales Consultants exceeding their OTE within the first 12 months.

Qualifications We Seek

• Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and other relevant computer programs.
• This role requires mobility around the dealership, including sitting, standing, reaching, bending, and lifting.
• Bachelor’s degree is preferred but not required.
