Forward Service Corporation (FSC) in Wisconsin is seeking a full-time JAG Team Leader to coordinate JAG programs, provide services to students, and supervise staff. The role supports independence, self-sufficiency and workforce transitions for participants.

The home office is in Madison, WI, with competitive compensation and a strong benefits package including PTO and holidays. Bachelor’s degree with 3+ years of supervisory experience is required; Wisconsin Teaching License is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and 3+ years supervisory experience.
• Valid Wisconsin Teaching License is preferred.
• Experience with JAG or school-to-career programming is a plus.

Responsabilités

• Identify, recruit and instruct students with barriers to advancement.
• Supervise JAG Career Specialists.
• Develop employer relationships within the community.
• Provide curriculum and ensure JAG competencies through classroom instruction.
• Recruit students from qualified sources.
• Oversee recruitment of JAG eligible individuals within target populations.
• Market specific employment programs to private and public employers.
• Maintain positive relationships with school personnel and advisory committees.
