Job summary

Forward Service Corporation (FSC) seeks a full-time teacher at Altoona High School in Altoona, WI. The role focuses on identifying, recruiting and instructing students facing academic challenges, guiding their transition from school to career and supporting their personal growth.

Hours are 7:30am–3:00pm. A WI teaching license is required or willingness to pursue licensure; bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience is acceptable.

• Valid WI teaching license or willingness to pursue licensure.
• Experience developing curriculum and working in education.
• Must maintain a valid driver’s license and insurability.

• Develop and implement career development plans for enrolled students.
• Identify and implement individual intervention strategies.

In this role, you will be responsible for identifying, recruiting and instructing students who face challenges in academic promotion, graduation and the transition from school to a career. Your work will directly contribute to the personal and professional growth of the students we serve.

Position Overview- Key Responsibilities (Full details on attached job description):

• Implements the JAG curriculum to help students acquire specific competencies.
• Recruits students directly and secure referrals from school personnel, the Advisory Committee, and parents.
• Creates and implements career development plans tailored to each enrolled student.
• Develops and implements individual intervention strategies
