Job summary

Forward Service Corporation (FSC) is seeking a limited-term JAG Team Leader to coordinate JAG services, oversee staff, recruit students, and engage employers across Wisconsin. The role emphasizes helping participants achieve self-sufficiency and successful transitions from school to career.

The position runs 12/1/2026–3/31/2027 with a home office remote in Wisconsin and required travel within the state. Bachelor’s degree plus supervisory experience is required; teaching license preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 3+ years' supervisory experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Valid Wisconsin Teaching License is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct student services by identifying, recruiting and instructing students deemed to have multiple barriers to advancing to the next grade level, achieving graduation, and/or making a successful transition from school to a career with advancement opportunities
• Supervise JAG Career Specialists
• Develop employer relationships within the community.
• Provide appropriate curriculum and ensure students achieve specific JAG competencies through classroom instruction.
• Ensures an appropriate pool of students by directly recruiting students through a variety of qualified sources
• Oversee recruitment of JAG eligible individuals within the required target populations to achieve program standards for all FSC JAG programs.
• Contact private and public employer to market specific employment programs for JAG students.
• Responsible for ensuring customer satisfaction
• Ensures positive perceptions of the JAG program within schools by developing and maintaining positive, effective working relationships with school personnel including teachers, administrators, students and members of the Advisory Committees.

Our non-profit firm is seeking one limited term full time JAG Team Leader to help those we serve achieve their dreams. This role would start 12/1/2026 through 3/31/2027. The home office is remote in Wisconsin & travel throughout the state is required.The JAG Team Leader is primarily responsible for coordination of the JAG programs consistent with he goals, policies and procedures of Forward Service and JAG National. This position is responsible for the implementation of program services, technical assistance, program monitoring and evaluation.The JAG Team Leader is a rewarding position that assists program participants to independence, to promote self-sufficiency and to help unleash their potential.

EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE

Bachelor's degree and three (3) plus year's work-related experience with supervisory responsibilities and/or equivalent combination of education and experience.Valid Wisconsin Teaching License is preferred.

COMPENSATION & BENEFITS

• FSC offers a very competitive wage for this limited term position with a minimum starting wage of $34.04/hr with additional compensation based on direct experience beyond the minimum requirements.
