KBR Reston, VA is seeking a JADC2 Operations Subject Matter Expert to support mission-level MS&A activities by applying advanced BMC2 concepts, CONOPS, and joint multi-domain planning. You will develop BMC2 structures for modelers, drive innovation through new analytical approaches, and deliver high-impact outputs for senior leaders.

The role requires 14+ years in military operations, a JQO designation, and a TS/SCI clearance.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree and 14+ years of operational military experience as a U.S. Air Force ABM or equivalent.
• Direct experience with operational planning and developing concepts of operation and courses of action.
• U.S. military Joint Qualified Officer (JQO) designation.
• Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a small, high-performance team.
• Strong collaborative skills with experience working in expert-driven, multidisciplinary teams.
• TS/SCI Clearance is required.
• Desired: Master’s degree in a STEM discipline and 16+ years of operational military experience as a U.S. Air Force ABM or equivalent.
• Extensive experience planning at a combatant command or service component command.
• Experience supporting analytical studies of military operations.
• Experience with MBSE techniques and tools.

Responsabilidades

• Apply your expert knowledge of current and emerging BMC2 concepts, ATO/ITO, to support MS&A activities.
• Develop BMC2 structures and CONOPS for modelers and other SMEs in MS&A.
• Bridge traditional operational planning with novel analytical approaches.
• Evaluate execution of kill chains and kill webs across joint, multi-domain capabilities.
• Collect and curate military information for enterprise insight and collaboration.
• Translate doctrine and tactics into actionable products for software development.
• Deliver high-quality written, visual, and analytical deliverables for senior decision-making.
• Lead small teams or tasks within the broader effort.
