Job summary

T3i, Inc. seeks a VJOC C2 Operations Subject-M Matter Expert to provide embedded support in the Government’s Virtual Joint Operations Center. You will work with end users daily, translating system capabilities into mission-ready workflows across air, space, and cyber domains.

The role requires deep experience in multi-domain C2, joint planning, and the ability to brief senior leaders under pressure while maintaining operational continuity in contested environments. A TS clearance is expected.

Qualifications

• 15+ years operational experience in military environments.
• Operational experience in joint or service-C2 environments, including JOCs, AOCs, AMD operations cells, SOCCs, or equivalent multi-domain ops centers.
• Knowledge of joint planning processes (JOPP, MDMP, mission analysis, COA development, mission command, AARs).
• Experience supporting joint exercises, wargames, or experimentation events.
• Experience with mission command and C2 systems.
• Experience with multi-classification operations across SIPR, JWICS, and partner-network enclaves, and cross-domain data handling considerations.
• Proven ability to brief senior leaders (O-6+) on operational matters under pressure.
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to coach, train, and advocate inside a customer environment.
• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field OR 5 additional years of military operational experience in lieu of a degree.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, including producing decision-quality written products (issue reports, talking points, AARs).
• Active U.S. Government TS security clearance with SCI eligibility at start.

Responsibilities

• Complete certification training on the installed VJOC system and maintain SME credentials.
• Serve as the embedded VJOC C2 Operations SME, providing on-site real-time support to end users.
• Coach end users on operational employment of the VJOC platform across the COP.
• Capture, document, and prioritize user feedback and capability gaps; relay to prime contractor teams.
• Adapt to continuous-delivery releases, update end users and maintain operational continuity.
• Provide operational coaching on resilience in contested and disconnected environments.
• Support participation in joint exercises, wargames, and real-world events.
• Operate across classification enclaves (SIPR, JWICS, partner networks) with data handling compliance.
• Produce executive-ready written products: issue reports, summaries, talking points, briefings.
• Maintain awareness of AOC/AMD doctrine, TTPs, and multi-domain operations concepts.
• Represent the team with government users and partners to ensure mission success.
• Adhere to security, conduct, data handling, and program performance policies.
