Qualifications

• Manufacturing or machine operation experience preferred.
• Textile or Jacquard weaving experience is a plus.
• Strong attention to detail and quality focus.
• Mechanical aptitude and ability to learn machine setup procedures.
• Reliable attendance and strong work ethic.
• Ability to stand for extended periods in a manufacturing setting.

Responsibilities

• Operate Jacquard weaving machines to produce high‑quality textile products.
• Inspect materials and identify defects or quality concerns.
• Monitor yarn flow and machine performance to meet standards.
• Record production output, downtime, and quality information accurately.
• Assist with machine setup, creeling, doffing, and style changes as needed.
• Maintain continuous production flow and support team operations.
• Perform housekeeping, machine cleaning, and end-of-shift procedures.
• Follow safety guidelines and wear required PPE.
• Report production, quality, or safety issues promptly.

What You'll Do:

Operate Jacquard weaving machines to produce high-quality textile products

Inspect materials throughout the shift and identify defects or quality concerns

Monitor yarn flow and machine performance to ensure production standards are met

Record production output, downtime, and quality information accurately

Assist with machine setup, creeling, doffing, and style changes as needed

Pay Details: $17.00 per hour
