Position Overview:
As an Outside Sales Representative at Zevonix, you’ll play a critical role in driving our business forward by identifying new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and closing deals. This position is perfect for an ambitious, entrepreneurial sales professional passionate about IT solutions and willing to thrive in a commission-based role.

You will be responsible for prospecting, developing, and managing sales opportunities from start to finish. Your role is critical in helping businesses recognize the value of Zevonix's MSP services, ensuring clients are provided with the best solutions to meet their IT needs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through networking, referrals, cold calling, and other prospecting methods.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships to drive repeat business.
  • Understand client needs and tailor solutions based on Zevonix's IT services.
  • Present and demonstrate Zevonix’s MSP offerings, including IT management, security, and support services.
  • Negotiate and close deals, ensuring a seamless client onboarding experience.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure successful delivery and client satisfaction.
  • Meet and exceed sales quotas and performance targets.

Compensation:
This is a fully commission-based position, offering a competitive earning structure tied directly to performance. The commission breakdown is as follows:

  • 70% of contract value in the first month
  • 20% of contract value in the second month
  • 10% of contract value in the third month

There is no cap on commission earnings, so the more business you bring in, the greater your earning potential.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in B2B sales, preferably within the IT or MSP industry.
  • Strong understanding of IT services, including managed services, cybersecurity, and cloud solutions.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Self-motivated and goal-oriented, with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Ability to work independently, manage your own schedule, and drive sales in a remote setting.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
