Lead market expansion with autonomy, develop systems, and establish KPIs while partnering with senior leadership. Compensation is performance-based with uncapped upside, including a 1099 Independent Contractor arrangement and ongoing growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Experience leading real estate agents or brokerage teams.
• Proven ability to coach agents to higher production.
• Recruiting and retention experience.
• Strong KPI and accountability mindset.
• Experience with cloud-based brokerages is a plus.
