Responsibilities

• Handle litigation matters from case development through resolution.
• Assist other attorneys with case strategy and litigation management.
• Draft pleadings, motions and other legal documents.
• Participate in hearings, depositions and court appearances.
• Help ensure deadlines are met and cases move forward.
• Collaborate with attorneys and staff across the practice.
