Requires 3+ years of civil litigation experience (insurance defense, commercial, construction or related areas). You will handle pleadings, discovery, depositions, motion practice, and trial preparation while collaborating with partners and communicating

Qualifications

• 3+ years of civil litigation experience.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to manage a fast-paced, client-focused practice.
• Interest in developing a broad and sophisticated litigation practice.

Responsibilities

• Handle a diverse caseload across civil matters, including defense and commercial disputes.
• Represent regional and national clients, including insurers and businesses.
• Participate in all phases of litigation: pleadings, discovery, motion practice, depositions, hearings, mediation, and trial preparation.
• Work closely with partners on case strategy, early evaluation, and resolution planning.
• Maintain direct communication with clients and contribute to efficient, cost-effective case management.
• Take ownership of assignments and play an active role in a growing and collaborative practice group.
