Job summary

Prysmian in Jackson, TN seeks an HSE Manager to provide technical environmental, health, and safety support to the Operations team. The role leads HSE programs, drives compliance, and partners across functions to strengthen a safety-first culture.

The ideal candidate has a bachelor’s degree in a related field and 3–5 years of manufacturing HSE experience, with strong knowledge of major regulatory standards. This is an on-site, full-time position offering comprehensive rewards.

  • 3–5 years of HSE experience in a manufacturing environment.
  • Strong knowledge of OSHA, NFPA, NIOSH, ANSI, NEC, TCEQ, and EPA regulations.

Responsibilities

  • Lead environmental, health, and safety programs by partnering with operations to drive compliance, reduce risk, strengthen a safety-first culture, and support site-wide HSE initiatives and training.
  • Lead and mentor the leadership team by providing technical guidance, overseeing HSE activities, and supporting site safety initiatives.
  • Drive compliance with environmental, health, and safety regulations, policies, and training programs across the facility.
  • Assess and reduce risk through hazard analyses, risk assessments, machine guarding initiatives, and proactive safety improvements.
  • Investigate incidents and implement corrective actions to prevent recurrence and strengthen workplace safety performance.
  • Partner with Operations, Engineering, Maintenance, and OEMs to ensure safe equipment, processes, and continuous improvement of HSE programs.

What You’ll Do
