Tyson Foods is hiring for a role in Springdale, AR, focused on ensuring materials are transported and unloaded efficiently, while maintaining a safe work environment in line with Tyson policies.

The position requires operating a hand pallet jack and floor jack, keeping accurate records, and assisting with line sanitation following USDA/Tyson guidelines. The role is on the 1st shift with competitive hourly pay.

Competenze

• 6 months continuous work history in 2 years.
• This facility accepts rehires after 365 days and only if the applicant has not worked more than two previous times for Tyson.
• The successful candidate(s) must be willing and able to perform the physical requirements of the job with or without a reasonable accommodation.

Mansioni

• Ensure all materials are transported and/or unloaded in a timely manner while using a hand pallet jack.
• Operate a floor jack safely.
• Coordinate through the Supervisor and keep accurate records of finished product and packaging material.
• Complete operator check list daily.
• Inform Supervisor of needed repairs and safety concerns.
• Keep production line supplied with pallets, condemned bin and recyclable containers.
• Verify accuracy of all materials and ingredients used on production line.
• Assist with clean-up and sanitation of line following USDA/Tyson guidelines.
• All other duties assigned by Supervisor.

Job Details

This position is responsible for ensuring all materials are transported and/or unloaded in a timely manner while using a hand pallet jack while maintaining a safe work environment and adhering to Tyson policies and procedures. Operate a floor jack in a safe manner. Coordinate through the Supervisor and keep accurate records of finished product and packaging material. Complete operator check list daily. Inform Supervisor of needed repairs and safety concerns. Keep production line supplied with pallets, condemned bin and recyclable containers. Verify accuracy of all materials and ingredients used on production line. Assist with clean-up and sanitation of line following USDA/Tyson guidelines. All other duties assigned by Supervisor.

Pay

$18.45/hour

Requirements

6 months continuous work history in 2 years.

This facility accepts rehires after 365 days and only if the applicant has not worked more than two previous times for Tyson.

Tyson reserves the right to require longer waiting periods or not accept rehires based on the reason for dismissal.

The successful candidate(s) must be willing and able to perform the physical requirements of the job with or without a reasonable accommodation.
