Job summary

Ciel HR is hiring a Skilling Counsellor to engage with candidates from diverse channels and guide them through training programs, internships, and job opportunities. The role is remote with flexible part-time hours (4-5 hours per day) and focuses on driving conversations and conversions.

Work Mode: Work from Home
Working Hours: 4 - 5 hours per day
Salary: 10,000 per month
Preferred Background: Social Work / Sociology / Psychology

Key Responsibilities:

• Call and follow up with leads from Naukri, social media, and digital campaigns.
• Counsel candidates about training programs, job opportunities, and internships.
• Understand candidate interests, address queries, and support conversions.
• Maintain calling records and follow-up status.
• Coordinate with internal teams and achieve calling and conversion targets.

Preferred Skills:

• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Basic knowledge of Google Sheets or MS Excel.
• Ability to work independently and manage follow-ups.
