Omni Orlando at ChampionsGate seeks a friendly and motivated individual to greet and seat guests in a courteous manner, ensuring adherence to Omni Standards. The role supports a high-volume restaurant environment within a premier resort, contributing to exceptional guest experiences daily.

Candidates should be able to lift up to 20 pounds, stand for long periods, and work cohesively with hotel staff to maintain a welcoming atmosphere and efficient service.

Job Purpose

To ensure all guests are greeted and seated in a friendly and courteous manner using appropriate procedures, in accordance with Omni Standards.

• Interior of hotel, in the restaurant, and kitchen. Exposure to extreme temperatures.
• Exterior of Hotel with exposure to weather conditions. Exposure to Food and Beverage hazardous cleaning chemicals.
• Exposure to food items and beverages.

Tools & Equipment

• General office equipment such as computer, fax machine, copy machine, printer, telephones, hole punch, paper cutter, scissors, pen, pencil, paper, etc.
• Computer programs such as Word, Excel, Power Point, etc.
