Omni Orlando Resort at ChampionsGate is seeking a friendly, motivated Food & Beverage Assistant to serve and clear items, assist servers, and maintain a clean, efficient dining room. You will greet guests, provide bread and water service, and help with table settings and polishing responsibilities.

Candidates should communicate well, stay energetic in a fast-paced environment, and be able to work weekends/holidays; 18+ with tips certification preferred.

Qualifications

• Commitment to quality service and knowledge of food & beverage
• Must have strong communication skills
• Maintains a clean and professional image at all times
• Ability to work calmly under pressure
• Must interact with guests enthusiastically
• Must be at least 18 years of age and have a tips certification
• Experience in hospitality preferred
• Knowledge of floor plan and table numbers as trained

Responsabilités

• Greet guests in a warm, friendly manner
• Provide bread and water service to guests
• Assist servers with pre-bussing and clearing tables
• Set tables with linen, china, silverware and glassware
• Clean and polish glassware and silverware
• Ensure dining room is ready before opening
• Assist in maintaining a safe, clean work area
• Support servers to ensure guest satisfaction
• Operate beverage machines as needed
