Omni Orlando at ChampionsGate is seeking an enthusiastic guest service associate to greet and seat guests, answer phones, and manage a busy restaurant entrance. Knowledge of the hotel, its daily specials, and a professional demeanor are essential.

Candidates should be detail-oriented, fast, accurate, and able to work as part of a cohesive hotel team, maintaining cleanliness and following Omni Standards.

Qualifications

Job Purpose

To ensure all guests are greeted and seated in a friendly and courteous manner using appropriate procedures, in accordance with Omni Standards.

Physical Requirements

• Able to lift up to 20 pounds
• Able to be on your feet for up to eight hours

Working Environment

• Interior of hotel, in the restaurant, and kitchen. Exposure to extreme temperatures.
• Exterior of Hotel with exposure to weather conditions. Exposure to Food and Beverage hazardous cleaning chemicals.
• Exposure to food items and beverages.

Tools & Equipment

• General office equipment such as computer, fax machine, copy machine, printer, telephones, hole punch, paper cutter, scissors, pen, pencil, paper, etc.
• Computer programs such as Word, Excel, Power Point, etc.
• Corporate software programs such as Open Table and Epitome
