Morgan Payments, a division of JPMorgan Chase, which processes over $10 trillion in payments daily across 160 countries and more than 120 currencies, is seeking an experienced communicator to elevate messaging within its Digital & Design division—one of the most innovative and exciting areas of the firm. You will bring a creative approach to internal communications, balanced with an analytical mindset to advise and influence senior executives in this global business. You will operate at the highest strategic levels while collaborating with the broader Global Payments Communications Team – and other aligned communications teams - to execute tactically, delivering communications outcomes that support and impact business results. These efforts must effectively reach broad and influential internal audiences across J.P. Morgan Payments and the firm at large.
As a Communications Manager on the Global Payments Communications team, you will display strong stakeholder management skills and prioritize, influence, and work effectively in a matrixed environment. This role requires close collaboration with Payments Management Team members and senior product leaders in addition to product marketing teams, business management, legal, PR, media, compliance, sales, and other business functions. There will also be resources available to both leverage and manage to ensure delivery of successful results in a complex communications environment.
