Job summary
Samsung Austin Semiconductor is seeking an experienced Engineering Manager to lead the Water Treatment and Reclaim (WTR) organization and oversee the Industrial Waste Treatment (IWT) engineering. You will drive 24/7 operations, safety, and continuous improvement across water utilities and infrastructure projects.

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering or a related technical discipline.
- Minimum of 12 years of engineering experience in water/wastewater or facilities systems, with at least 6 years in leadership roles.
- Prior experience in high-tech, semiconductor, or large-scale manufacturing environments preferred.
Responsibilities
- Lead and develop a high-performing, multidisciplinary engineering organization.
- Set and drive clear performance expectations aligned with safety, environmental, and operational goals.
- Oversee safe and efficient operations and maintenance of UPW, IWT, and water distribution systems.
