Job summary

The Senior Training Analyst supports the PAE Mission Systems Program Office in delivering high-quality, operationally relevant Information Warfare (IW) training. This role collaborates with Navy stakeholders to assess manpower and training needs, and to integrate requirements into the IWTP, ensuring training solutions enable fleet readiness.

Qualifications

• Active Secret Clearance required.
• Experience with Navy curriculum development or instructional systems design (ISD) preferred.
• Strong analytical, communication, and coordination abilities.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with Fleet Commanders, IW Type Commander, and stakeholders to identify training requirements.
• Integrate validated requirements into the Information Warfare Training Plan (IWTP).
• Ensure IW training remains operationally relevant and aligned with fleet needs.
• Develop and support delivery of realistic, secure, and scalable training scenarios.
• Capture, analyze, and incorporate lessons learned from exercises and operations.
• Collaborate across programs to synchronize training with emerging fleet capabilities.
• Provide Training Administrative Support including documentation, scheduling, and reporting.
• Maintain compliance with security, operational, and training standards.
• Apply Navy curriculum development expertise to create and manage training materials.
• Support alignment of human performance strategies with IW readiness.
