Ivy Fertility in Beverly Hills is seeking a full-time Phlebotomist/Medical Assistant to join our fertility care team. You will perform phlebotomy, manage specimens, room patients, and support IVF coordination in a multidisciplinary setting.

The role emphasizes patient interaction, accurate records, and collaboration with physicians and ultrasound staff. Prior phlebotomy/MA experience and CMA certification are valued assets.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Phlebotomist, Phlebotomy Technician, Medical Assistant, or CMA.
• Experience in Women's Health or IVF preferred is noted in the job ad.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with patients and team members.

Responsibilities

• Perform phlebotomy and process specimens for fertility patients.
• Label samples and ensure proper handling for testing.
• Room patients, assist IVF coordinator, and maintain clinical supplies.
• Take vital signs and provide general clinical assistance.
• Assist physician or ultrasound technician with fertility procedures.
• Utilize EMR to enter labs and print labels.
