Job summary

Boston IVF Springfield, MA is seeking a Clinical Assistant with phlebotomy experience to support physicians and the clinical team. You will conduct patient care, assist with procedures, and help ensure a high-quality patient experience in a fast-paced ambulatory setting.

The role requires phlebotomy capability, Medical Assistant experience, and ability to work weekends/holidays. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and EMR is beneficial. Comprehensive benefits are provided.

Qualifications

• Completion of Certified Medical Assistant Program – preferred.
• Phlebotomy Program – preferred.
• 6+ months experience as a Medical Assistant in a physician practice.
• Prior experience in women’s healthcare – preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist Physicians with clinical procedures and follow proper protocols.
• Practice phlebotomy and document ultrasound measurements and provider comments.
• Chaperone ultrasounds and maintain exam rooms and equipment per protocol.
• Manage clinical supplies and inventory, and assist with patient information and reassurance.
