Job summary

Spring Fertility is seeking an Embryologist to perform high quality IVF laboratory procedures and advise on ART techniques. The role requires independence in IVF lab operations and rotation through Andrology/Endocrinology labs as needed.

You will work with the Laboratory Director and IVF team to implement best practices while meeting ASRM standards. Responsibilities include diagnostic and therapeutic services for infertility, coordination of resources, and ongoing quality control.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's in Biology or Chemistry required; degree in reproductive biology preferred
• ABB Technical Supervisor certification within two years from eligibility
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in embryology
• Good command of written and spoken English

Responsibilities

• Provide high quality service to couples seeking infertility treatment
• Conduct full range of basic and advanced ART laboratory procedures
• Coordinate workload with Laboratory Director for effective resource use
• Collaborate with IVF team to identify best practices and improvements
• Ensure compliance with US and CA ART regulations and ASRM standards
• Maintain SOPs, safety policies, and quality standards
• Perform embryo transfers of fresh and frozen embryos
• Communicate effectively with patients and SPRING Fertility team
• Perform daily quality control activities
• Handle ancillaries duties to maintain a clean lab
