Fertility & Surgical Associates of California in Santa Monica is hiring a full-time Medical Assistant IVF Coordinator (Clinical Coordinator) to support our Santa Monica and Encino offices. You'll join a small team of 3 to 5 coordinators, partnering with nurses and physicians to move patient cycles from screening through outcome.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of experience in a medical office setting.
• BA/BS degree preferred and CMA or equivalent experience preferred.
• Current BLS/CPR certification required or preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate patient care across TI, IUI, IVF, and ET/FET cycles, including appointments and charting.
• Document patient cycle information and secure approvals for screening results and treatment eligibility.
• Maintain accurate cycle records and spreadsheets, and prepare reports as requested.
• Collaborate with RN Coordinators, physicians, and medical assistants at two offices (Santa Monica and Encino).
• Follow up with patients by phone and email to gather information needed for cycles.
• Assist physicians and nurses with direct patient care within scope of practice, including phlebotomy.
• Maintain exam rooms and treatment areas and keep logs of procedures.
• Support training and orientation for new staff and build workflows for satellite offices.
