Job summary
US Fertility is seeking an IVF Case Manager (LVN) to join the Reproductive Science Center of the San Francisco Bay Area in Los Gatos, California, with weekend float to Menlo Park. The role offers 40 to 45 USD per hour, 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM, Monday–Friday, plus one weekend monthly and holidays.
You will manage IVF patient cases, coordinate pre-cycle testing, educate patients, and support physicians. Candidates must hold LVN licensure with CPR, consider Spanish a plus, have EMR experience and
Qualifications
- Current CPR certification required.
- Bilingual Spanish a plus.
- Experience with electronic medical records (EMR) and scheduling software.
- Ability to travel between local offices and work some weekends/holidays.
Responsibilities
- Complete Case Management of IVF patients.
- Map pre-cycle testing and education calendars.
- Educate patients on IVF and fertility preservation.
- Manage treatment protocols and next steps.
- Explain technologies/tests to aid patient decisions.
- Phone/portal triage of medical concerns.
- Chart in EMR and scheduling in the system.
- Assist physicians with procedures.
- Maintain positive teamwork and communication.
