Job summary

US Fertility is seeking an IVF Case Manager (LVN) to join the Reproductive Science Center of the San Francisco Bay Area in San Ramon, California. The role requires coordinating IVF patient flow, education, and treatment calendars, with weekend and holiday coverage as needed.

You will work with a nationwide physician network and provide patient education, protocol management, and EMR documentation to support families on their fertility journey.

Qualifications

• Current CPR Certification required.
• Bilingual Spanish a plus.
• Experience with EMR and scheduling software preferred.

Responsibilities

• Complete Case Management of IVF patients from start to finish.
• Map pre-cycle testing, projected calendars and education schedules.
• Educate patients on IVF/fertility preservation processes and medications.
• Actively manage treatment protocols and next steps.
• Explain available technologies/tests to aid patient decisions.
• Triage patient medical questions by phone/portal and provide guidance.

Opportunity Overview

We have an immediate opening for a full-time IVF Case Manager (LVN) to join our team at Reproductive Science Center of the San Francisco Bay Area in San Ramon, California.

• Schedule: Monday through Friday, from 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM, one weekend per month and two to three holidays per year
• Compensation:$40 to $45 per hour (commensurate with experience)

In this role, the IVF Case Manager (LVN)will:

• Complete Case Management of patients using IVF in their journey to build a family
• Mapping out pre-cycle testing, projected treatment calendars and education schedules
• Patient Education, including the IVF/Fertility preservation process, genetic testing/screening, medication actions and patient self-injection education
• Actively managing patient’s treatment protocols and next steps
• Explaining available technologies/tests to help the patient make treatment decisions
• Phone/portal triage of patient medical complaints and advice and/or action
• Charting in EMR and scheduling in electronic scheduling program
• Assisting physicians with procedures
• Positive interaction with all team members

Qualifications and Skills Include:

• Current CPR Certification required
• Bilingual Spanish a plus
• Computer literate. Experience with electronic medical records (EMR) and scheduling software preferred
• Ability to travel between local offices and work some regularly scheduled weekends and holidays
• Personal integrity, flexibility, self-starter, organized, team player, diversity tolerance and excellent communication skills
