Job summary

Mountain View Hospital in Idaho Falls, ID is seeking a Registered Nurse to deliver specialized IV therapy, monitor patients, and collaborate with a care team to ensure safe and effective treatment. The role requires proficiency in IV insertions, PICC line management, accurate documentation, and patient education.

The ideal candidate will hold Idaho RN licensure, a degree from an accredited program, current BLS and ALCS, and a strong knowledge of pharmacology.

Qualifications

• Graduate of accredited school of nursing.
• RN licensure in Idaho.
• Current BLS and ALCS certification.
• Strong pharmacology knowledge.
• Experience with IV therapy and patient care.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and administer IV medications and therapies following protocols.
• Monitor patients during IV therapy and respond to adverse reactions.
• Maintain accurate documentation of care and interventions.
• Collaborate with Providers, pharmacists, and other healthcare professionals to develop treatment plans.
• Educate patients on IV therapy, side effects, and self-care.
• Maintain sterile environment and ensure equipment readiness.
