Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) is required.
• Experience with IV insertions and IV management preferred.
• Current Kansas RN license (or ability to obtain) and BLS as required by department.

Responsibilities

• Collects patient data and monitors infusion therapy.
• Administers IV medications and maintains vascular access devices.
• Ensures patient safety and adherence to infection control protocols.
• Collaborates with care team to coordinate high-quality patient care.
• Mentors junior staff and supports clinical education.
