Qualifications

• Certified/Licensed MA preferred; CNA, EMT or LPN acceptable.
• 1–2 years of medical practice or clinical setting experience.
• CPR Certification.
• Proficient with EMR and MS Office; EMR knowledge preferred.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Prepare patients for examination and record vital signs.
• Assist physicians during examinations and procedures.
• Document tests and medications in the EHR.
• Educate patients and families on treatments and instructions.
• Maintain sterile fields and prepare examination rooms.
• Process prescription refills and coordinate with pharmacies.
• Support patient flow and respond to calls/messages.
