Job summary

Northside Hospital is seeking a Clinical Supervisor to join the unit-based leadership team in Atlanta. The role provides supervision of the nursing operations of a unit and may assume 24-hour nursing responsibility in the absence of the Manager or Director.

The successful candidate will hold a Bachelor’s degree in Nursing with two years of clinical area experience and at least one year in a specialty, plus a current Georgia RN license and BLS certification.

Qualifications

• Three (3) years experience in clinical area with a minimum of one (1) year in area of specialty.
• Bachelor's degree or higher in Nursing with two (2) years of experience in clinical area with a minimum of one (1) year in area of specialty.

Responsibilities

• Provides supervision of the nursing operations of a unit.
• In the absence of the Manager or Director may assume 24-hour nursing responsibility.
