Qualifications

Responsibilities

• IV admixture services: prepare sterile admixtures per physician orders; maintain logs and stock.
• Prescription processing and compounding: input prescriptions, verify details, and ensure accuracy.
• Data management: process refill authorizations and maintain patient demographics and logs.
