Soleo Health is seeking a full-time Pharmacy Technician in Houston, TX to support our specialty infusion pharmacy. The role involves sterile compounding of IV therapies and clinical support under a pharmacist, aligned with BOP regulations.

You will maintain clean room standards, handle data entry, and participate in quality improvement while supporting patients and nursing teams. Texas licensure and CPhT are required; IV compounding experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Registered/Certified Pharmacy Technician in Texas in good standing.
• Minimum hospital or specialty infusion IV room experience.
• Experience with IV compounding preferred; Georgia/remote alignment not required.
• Strong customer service and data entry capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Sterile preparation of IV/infused medications under pharmacist guidance.
• Adhere to USP 797/800 standards and state BOP regs.
• Maintain schedules for calls, shipments, and continuity of care.
• Data entry of patient and prescription data into pharmacy software.
• Clean room maintenance and participation in QA/PI programs.
• Assist with inventory counts and formulary management.
