Soleo Health Inc. in Hoover, AL is hiring a Full-time Pharmacy Technician to support our infusion pharmacy. The technician will perform sterile compounding and clinical support under a pharmacist, handling IV medications, documentation, and coordination with care teams.

Applicants must be a licensed Alabama Pharmacy Technician with hospital or infusion experience; PTCB preferred. Monday–Friday, 8:30am–5pm, with competitive benefits and opportunities for growth.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Registered/Certified Pharmacy Technician in Alabama in good standing.
• Minimum experience in hospital IV room or specialty infusion setting.
• IV compounding experience preferred.
• Excellent customer service and sterile technique.
• ACPE requirements are met.

Responsibilities

• Sterile preparation of IV medications under pharmacist supervision.
• Ensure USP 797/800 compliance and BOP regulations.
• Maintain call and shipment schedules to ensure continuity of care.
• Data entry into pharmacy software system as required by BOP.
• Assist in receiving and storage of medications and supplies.
• Participate in quality assurance and credentialing processes.
